Over the past two years, I’ve made it a point to step outside the usual big-name stores and explore hidden gems for both special occasions and casual wear. Sure, we’ve all stocked our closets with clothes, and footwear from Zara, Mango, H&M, and other well-known brands. But, how many of us have dared to try something different? Shopping from lesser-known brands can seem a bit daunting—I mean, who wants the hassle of returns, exchanges, or the uncertainty of quality? So, we tend to stick with what’s familiar.
But here’s the thing—breaking out of that comfort zone opened up a whole new world for me. Once I let go of the fear, I discovered how beautiful, comfortable, and high-quality clothes many small brands are offering. Trust me, it’s worth it!

I stumbled upon QUA Clothing on Instagram, and trust me, its strong brand presence and oh-so-eye-catching sponsored ads pulled me right in! I ended up ordering a beige jumpsuit specifically for my Thailand trip—wanted something chic for the safari day, and this seemed perfect for the vibe.
Honestly, I was impressed. The quality was superb, and the design felt premium. My only complaint? It had cut sleeves, and since I didn’t check the fabric beforehand (because, last-minute shopper vibes!), it turned out a bit thick for Thailand’s heat. Still, I loved it enough to keep my eyes on their future launches—pretty sure my cart will be full next time around!

This one entered my life during my quest for a full-sleeved satin dress—you know, one of those rare gems you hunt for when there’s a birthday party or some special occasion around the corner. Found it while browsing the Nykaa Fashion App, and though I was hesitant because of the slightly revealing neckline, I took the plunge and ordered it anyway.
And OMG—when the package arrived, it smelled like luxury wrapped in a box! A year later, the scent still lingers, and I swear, it feels so soft and silky that you can carry the entire dress in one hand. It's a total 10/10 in terms of quality, comfort, and premium feel. Okay, it did exceed my budget a little, but no regrets—it was worth every penny. Now I’m just waiting for my next splurge-worthy moment with Bouji!
Audrey Dress
Quirky designs, killer vibes.
This one’s a new favourite! I discovered Theater through it's top-notch marketing visuals, which were too irresistible to scroll past. I ended up grabbing a pair of green "Shrimpton Pisces" heeled shoes—needed something bold to complete an outfit, and these were just the thing. The delivery was smooth, although I did have to exchange them for a size up. Once that was sorted, they were perfect!
Recently, I treated myself to their winter boots and I am in love, and OMG, their famous trending sheer fur stockings are now a winter staple in my wardrobe. Whether it’s shoes, stockings, bags, or even perfumes, Theater has quickly become my go-to for quirky and classy finds. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to add some standout pieces to your collection!
Shrimpton Pisces
Ever found yourself scrolling through reels, only to stop at something super vibrant and irresistible? That’s exactly how I discovered Lazo Store. One of their reels featured a colorful, oversized, full-sleeved shirt that screamed summer vibes. The fact that it was cotton, breathable, and super breezy sealed the deal for me. I checked out their Instagram page and saw girlies like me rocking that shirt, so naturally, I ordered one for myself.
Fast forward to my Baku trip, and this shirt turned out to be a lifesaver. With the heat in Baku, it was the perfect pick—light, airy, and vibrant, just how I like it. TBH, I was obsessed with vibrant colors throughout the summer of 2024, so this shirt became my summer staple. Their collection is chic, cute, and has that Pinteresty aesthetic we all secretly love. Sunset Oversized Shirt
If you’re someone who loves a formal vibe or needs trendy office wear, Nikki Clothing is your go-to. I discovered them on Instagram after seeing countless influencer reels featuring their viral black flare trousers. Obviously, I had to jump on the bandwagon and ordered a pair.
Now, here’s where things got tricky—the fit was a bit of a letdown. It felt like two people could fit in those trousers! I reached out to them, returned the trousers, and got a smaller size. Unfortunately, even the smaller size was slightly loose, so I ended up getting them altered by my tailor. Honestly, I expected better sizing or custom tailoring options from them.
That said, I still love their overall vibe. They’ve recently launched a collection of blazers, and OMG, they look super chic and professional. I’ve got my eyes on a few pieces—just waiting to save up before I splurge again!.
